Being in the presence of Rio during her classes you can tell that you are being led by someone deeply connected to the wisdoms of the past, the present, and beyond. There is an innate and ancient intuition that Rio radiates, and she has also thoroughly studied the healing arts through different schools, institutes, and methods. And yet with all of this wisdom Rio stays humble and brings it back to earth in a very accessible, practical, and comfortable way. The Reiki 1 and 2 classes that I took from Rio have given me invaluable tools that I will continue to use for the rest of my life. The restorative yoga classes were deeply refreshing, expansive and grounding. If you are someone who wants to work on self-care or healing, are interested in healing, or are already involved in the healing arts, I definitely recommend checking out what Rio has to offer.
