What to Expect
Your First Session
We begin with a brief intake conversation, then move into body-based work. Sessions are 60–180 minutes and tailored to what your nervous system needs that day.
The Modalities
Somatic therapy, bioenergetics, craniosacral techniques, myofascial release, reflexology, and reiki — often woven together depending on your goals and presentation.
Insurance & Receipts
Rio is accredited by ACNN as a naturopath. Receipts are issued after each session and may be covered under complementary or alternative medicine benefits.
