My Story
My journey into the healing arts began in 2007 through shadow work — via Tolle, Taoism, Transcendentalism, and the cathartic power of heavy metal music. In 2009, learning Reiki became a catalyst for deep personal healing. From there I dedicated myself to holistic modalities.
In university I studied Philosophy and Religion with a focus on mysticism and eastern traditions, spending my free time distilling herbs and learning natural medicine to heal my own body.
In 2011, I started hosting full moon gatherings, festivals and workshops (and yes I still do). The moon has since been my compass, through all her phases and mine. Over the next decade I worked in the music and marketing world, devoting weekends to retreats and bioenergetic trainings to deepen my practice.
Notably, music had always been part of how I healed, even before I knew it — I grew up playing piano, saxophone, singing. My college years were one long string of jam sessions. In my early twenties I screamed in a band (my inner teenage metalhead vindicated), which must've been my one of my first experiences of a cathartic somatic release.
In 2018, I began teaching Reiki at Temple Mile End, and traveled to Peru to train in Restorative Yoga. In Cusco, I experienced a series of profound somatic releases that liberated decades worth of trauma from my body — a release that changed everything. Somatic healing became my focus, my fascination, my calling. I delved into somatic dance, breathwork, TRE and ritual.
By 2020, while living on the shores of Lake Atitlán, I committed to my holistic practice full-time, and launched a podcast interviewing alternative wellness practitioners. That year, I founded Inner Alchemy Academy — an online space for embodied healing, energy work certifications, and personal transformation.
I teach restorative yoga, reiki and somatic workshops live in Montréal — and online through Inner Alchemy Academy, where I've built a growing virtual library of embodied practices in somatic healing, shadow work integration, and bioenergetics.
Learning has always felt like my lifelong purpose — I'm a forever student at heart. But with each new practice I gather, I find myself drawn less to accumulating and more to integrating: grounding it, simplifying it, weaving it into something whole. Every tradition, every teacher, every doorway I've walked through adds another layer to my practice. I don't believe any single modality holds the whole truth — which is why I keep studying, fusing, and staying at the edge of what I know.
Now, with over 17 years of experience, I see clients in person in Montréal and virtually worldwide. I guide people to reconnect with their bodies, explore patterns, and build greater nervous system awareness and alignment.
My work bridges ancient wisdom with modern science — bringing together what I have gathered from many beloved teachers, traditions, and my own path of healing.
